about
This space is my open journal — a place where I unpack the pieces of my past, from childhood trauma to the shadows of illness and growing up around addiction. For a long time, I carried these stories quietly, unsure if they had a place in the world. Now, I write them down — not just to heal, but to remind myself (and maybe you) that survival is more than just getting through the hard parts. It’s learning to grow from them. My childhood was shaped by chaos, pain, and moments that no child should have to navigate. But it was also shaped by resilience, empathy, and a deep desire to understand myself beyond what I’ve endured. Through this blog, I share my reflections, memories, and lessons from the journey of turning pain into purpose. If you’ve ever felt unseen, unheard, or broken by the weight of your own story — you’re not alone. Healing isn’t linear, and it isn’t easy, but it is possible. I’m still finding my way, one word at a time. Welcome to my story.
